Chushin Pokedex - 139 - Keihuryu

Finally making a return, here's Keihuryu, the cover Legendary of Topaz! It was about time I drew the two major Legendaries, so here's one, and the other will be coming soon. While the theme of the two legendaries was slightly shifted, I did want to keep the idea the Keihuryu looked like a regal/royal creature, so biggest changes were making it stand even more upright than before, give it long poofy hair, and wings that are mostly just for flare. I'm glad about the end result! Flight Rising also influenced Keihuryu's design a bit, namely Lightweaver as those that are familiar with FR would imagine pfff.

-Enforced Order: Attacking moves will no longer trigger their random effects. The only exceptions are the signature moves of the Chaos and Order dragons, Sunburst and Darkburst, which can still trigger their random effects.
